Ingredients
- Pineapple – 640 g
- Hot dog buns – 4 pieces
- Fresh mint – 2 tablespoons
- Vegan ice cream – 570 g
- Coconut flakes – 3 tablespoons
Preparation
Step 1: Grill the Buns and Pineapple Cut the buns in half lengthwise and toast both sides on a hot grill. Grill the pineapple slices until golden brown.
Step 2: Prepare the Hot Dogs Place 2 pineapple slices and 2 scoops of ice cream on the bottom half of each bun. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately. Decorate with coconut flakes and mint.
