Ingredients
- Coffee – 2 teaspoons
- Water – 100 ml
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom – 1 piece
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Ingredients Crush the cardamom in a mortar. Pour the coffee, sugar, and a pinch of cardamom into the cezve. Pour in cold water and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Tip! If you like your coffee sweet, you can add another teaspoon of sugar.
Step 2: Heat the Coffee Place the cezve on the stove and slowly heat over low heat without stirring. Remove the coffee from the heat when it starts to foam.
Step 3: Serve the Coffee Pour the coffee into a cup and wait a moment before drinking to allow the grounds to settle at the bottom of the cup.
