Turkey Stuffed with Dried Apricots on the Grill

Grilled dishes can also be very sophisticated. Evidence? Rolls of stuffed turkey.

  • Dried apricots – 12 pieces
  • Cloves – 3 pieces
  • Raisins – 30 g
  • Fresh cilantro – 25 g
  • Turkey breast – 600 g
  • White wine – 50 ml
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Cinnamon – a pinch
  • Smoked bacon slices – 60 g

Cut the apricots in half. Crush the cloves. Mix the wine with cinnamon and cloves. Pour the wine with spices over the apricots and raisins and set aside for 15 minutes.

Gently pound the turkey slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

On each slice, place a slice of bacon and the drained fruits, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and roll up into rolls. Secure each roll with toothpicks.

Grill for 10 minutes, turning the rolls to evenly brown them, and baste them occasionally with the wine mixture.
