Turkey Meatballs

A simple recipe for a delicious dinner with potatoes and beets.


  • Turkey mince: 1/2 kg
  • Egg: 1 piece
  • Classic breadcrumbs: 3/4 cup
  • Sparkling water: 1/2 cup
  • Seasoning for dishes: 2 teaspoons
  • Sweet paprika, ground: 1 teaspoon
  • Canola oil: as needed
  • Onion: 4 pieces
  • Garlic cloves: 1 head
  • Cooked potatoes: 1 kg
  • Parsley, chopped: 2 tablespoons
  • Pickled beets: 1 jar/300ml


Mix the turkey mince well with the egg, breadcrumbs, sparkling water, Kucharek seasoning, and paprika. Shape the mince into meatballs and fry them until golden brown in hot oil.

Transfer the fried meatballs to a plate and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown. Mash the cooked potatoes with chopped parsley. Grate the pickled beets coarsely and mix them with sugar, pepper, and half of the chopped onion.
