Tart with Halva Cream

  • Powdered sugar – 80 g
  • Egg – 1 pc
  • Butter – 120 g
  • Wheat flour – 240 g
  • Salt – a pinch


  • Halva – 200 g
  • Greek yogurt – 400 g


  • Honey – 3 tablespoons
  • Pistachios – 2 tablespoons


Step 1: Prepare the Crust Using a mixer, combine the ingredients: butter, flour, sugar, and salt. When a crumbly mixture forms, add the egg and knead into a uniform dough.

Step 2: Roll out the Crust Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and line a tart pan with it. Place the pan with the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
