Strawberry Cheesecake Truffles

A small treat for sweet tooths and strawberry lovers – delicate cream cheese with a fruity twist combined with biscuits.


  • Strawberry – 25 g
  • White chocolate – 50 g
  • Sugar – 55 g
  • Biscuits – 200 g
  • Cream cheese – 100 g


  1. Set aside two tablespoons of finely ground biscuits for later. Mix the remaining biscuits with creamy cream cheese and sugar, then blend them together. Add finely chopped strawberries to the mixture and gently combine the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls (you can use a melon baller or small spoons for assistance). Mix the reserved biscuits with very finely chopped white chocolate and roll the balls in the crumbly mixture. Transfer the truffles to small paper cases. Store in the refrigerator.
