- Ground ginger: 1 tablespoon
- Leek: 1 piece
- Garlic cloves: 2 pieces
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Zucchini: 1 piece

- Turkey breast fillet: 200 g
- Oil: 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil: 0.5 teaspoon
- Thick teriyaki sauce: 100 ml
- Honey: 1 teaspoon
- Lime: 1 piece
- Black pepper: a pinch
- Unsalted peanuts: 50 g
- Fresh coriander: 3 sprigs
Preparation
Slice the red onion into thick strips, dice the leek into large chunks, thinly slice the carrot and garlic, and julienne the chili pepper and ginger. Crush the peanuts into smaller pieces using a knife. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into quarters, remove the seeds, and slice into thin rounds. Cut the turkey into strips.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the turkey pieces until golden. Remove them from the pan and set aside. If needed, add more oil to the wok and sauté the onion, zucchini, garlic, carrot, and leek until crisp. Remove the vegetables from the wok.
