No barbecue is complete without ribs! Try our very tasty and spicy version.
Ingredients
- Onion – 1 piece
- Bay leaves – 3 pieces
- Ketchup – 240 g
- Honey – 110 g
- Balsamic vinegar – 80 ml
- Mustard – 3 teaspoons
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Garlic cloves – 4 pieces
- Soy sauce – 125 g
- Black peppercorns – 1 teaspoon
- Fresh pork ribs – 2 kg
Preparation
- Pour water over the ribs, bring to a boil for about 30 minutes, add bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Remove the ribs, cool, and use the broth for cooking, for example, soup.
- Mix the marinade ingredients thoroughly. Place the ribs in a large bowl or a sealed bag, add the marinade, and coat the ribs well, ensuring the meat is evenly covered.
- Remove the ribs from the marinade, shake off excess, place on the grill, and grill, turning occasionally and basting with the marinade until the meat is browned.
