Spicy Fish Fries

An interesting twist on the well-known snack… This time not potato, but fish. Time for fries!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Hot paprika – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Wheat flour – 100 g
  • Amur fish fillet – 500 g

Preparation

Wash the fish, dry it, and cut it into strips (fries). Mix the flour, water, spices, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Dip the fish fries in the seasoned flour mixture and fry in deep oil until golden brown.
