Sous-Vide Salmon Appetizer

An excellent appetizer that you can quickly prepare at home.

Ingredients

  • Salmon cooked sous-vide, 100 g
  • Cooked sushi rice, 2 cups
  • Brown mushrooms (porcini), 2
  • For decoration: cilantro leaves

Sauce

  • Light soy sauce, 4 tablespoons
  • Lime juice, 1 tablespoon
  • Honey, 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Prepare the salmon and cook the rice. Slice the mushrooms into not too thin slices and grill them on a grill pan. Place the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for a while until the sauce thickens. Arrange the rice on plates (e.g., shaping it with a metal ring). Place pieces of salmon interspersed with mushrooms. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with cilantro leaves.
