School Lunch Bagel Sandwich

  • 1 tablespoon herb and garlic flavoured cream cheese
  • 1 multigrain bagel, split and toasted
  • 2 thin slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices dill pickle
  • ¼ cup shredded carrot
  • 1 leaf lettuce

Method of preparation:

Start by spreading the herb and garlic flavoured cream cheese evenly on each half of the toasted multigrain bagel.

Layer the thin slices of cheddar cheese on one half of the bagel.

Place the dill pickle slices on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle the shredded carrot over the pickles for a nice crunch and nutritional boost.

Top with a fresh leaf of lettuce to add some greens to your sandwich.
