Bacon wrapped Steak Bites

Bacon-Wrapped Steak Bites are not just a meal, they’re an experience. Each bite is a perfect harmony of flavours, with the smokiness of the bacon enhancing the rich, savoury flavour of the beef. This recipe is an opportunity to explore your culinary skills and treat yourself and your loved ones to a meal that feels like a celebration.


  • 2 tablespoons barbecue seasoning (such as KC Masterpiece®), or to taste
  • 2 pounds beef tips, trimmed
  • 1 pound bacon strips, cut in half
  • Toothpicks

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 425° Fahrenheit (220° Celsius).

Season the beef tips with the barbecue seasoning, making sure they are well coated.

Cut each bacon strip in half. Wrap half a bacon strip around each seasoned beef tip and secure with a toothpick.

Place the bacon-wrapped steaks on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the steak bites are cooked to your desired doneness.

If you like, you can switch the oven to grill for the last 1-2 minutes to make the bacon crispier.
