An American classic – pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw.
Ingredients
Sandwich
- 4 burger buns
- 500 g pulled pork
- BBQ sauce
- Fresh or pickled cucumber
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise + 1 tablespoon spicy ketchup or 1 teaspoon sriracha
Coleslaw
- 1/4 small head of Napa cabbage
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Chives, parsley
Preparation
Toast the burger buns and prepare the BBQ sauce, mix with the pulled pork.
Prepare the coleslaw: rinse and dry the cabbage, thinly slice, place in a bowl, season with salt, and mix with mayonnaise, chopped chives, and parsley.
Spread the bottom half of each warmed bun with the mayo mixed with spicy ketchup or sriracha.
Layer the pulled pork, cucumber slices, and coleslaw on the bottom bun, top with the other half of the bun, and serve.
