Let’s start with what Portofino is. It’s not just any name, but one of the most beautiful and expensive towns on the Italian Riviera. Beautiful yacht harbor, exclusive boutiques, luxury hotels, and stunning views make it a place that the ordinary breadwinner can only dream of. So it’s no wonder that the name Portofino has been chosen, not once, for newly invented drinks.
Portofino – Drink Recipe No.1
- 10 ml Campari
- 40 ml red grapefruit juice
- 60 ml tonic All ingredients are to be composed in order in a highball glass filled with ice. Gently stir. Decorate with a slice of grapefruit.
The above recipe is the quintessence of bitter flavors. Certainly excellent, although in our opinion, it’s more suited to non-alcoholic cocktails.

This recipe requires truly refined taste buds and is certainly not a light drink.
