Persimmon Tart

A beautiful and incredibly easy-to-make dessert? That’s exactly what a persimmon tart is! Check out how delicious it is and how quickly it can be prepared.


  • Powdered sugar – 70 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Butter – 130 g
  • Ground walnuts – 200 g
  • Egg yolk – 1 pc.
  • Persimmons – 3 pcs.


Step 1: Prepare and Chill the Dough In a bowl, mix the ground walnuts, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut the butter into cubes and add it to the bowl. Mix the ingredients until the mixture resembles crumbs. Add the egg yolk and quickly knead the dough to keep it cold.

Transfer the dough to a tart pan, pressing it to cover the bottom and sides. Chill the prepared dough in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Decorate and Bake the Tart Slice the persimmons very thinly, arrange them around the tart pan, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake the tart for about 30-40 minutes until the edges are golden and the fruit is tender.

Sprinkle the baked tart with a bit more powdered sugar.
