Peach Millet Pudding

  • Millet groats: 24 g (2 tablespoons)
  • Almond milk: 125 ml (about 1/2 cup)
  • Banana: 1 piece (about 110 g)
  • Peach: 1 piece (about 156 g)
  • Dried dates: 2 pieces (about 12 g)
  • Walnuts: 3 pieces (about 9 g)


  1. In a saucepan, place the millet, chopped dates, and milk, and cook for 15-20 minutes until the millet absorbs all the liquid.
  2. Peel and chop the fruits.
  3. Place the contents of the saucepan and the fruits in a blender container and blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer the pudding to a bowl and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
