  • Ribbon pasta: 200 grams
  • Yellow cheese: 200 grams
  • Ketchup: as desired


  1. Cook the pasta (al dente) in lightly salted water. While the pasta is cooking, grate the cheese using a grater with large holes.
  2. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it to a plate. Then, sprinkle the grated cheese over the hot pasta and drizzle with ketchup according to your preference.
