Pasta with Burrata Cheese

Tagliolini pasta with truffles, served with burrata, capers, and pesto. This dish will be a great idea for a romantic evening or a special dinner with loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Chicory: 100 g
  • Capers: 3 tablespoons
  • Burrata cheese: 2 pieces
  • Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon: 1 piece
  • Red pesto: 4 tablespoons
  • Sea salt: 1 pinch
  • Chili flakes: 1 teaspoon
  • Tagliolini with truffles: 500 g

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables Wash the chicory and cut it into thin strips. Drain the capers and chop them.

Step 2: Prepare the Burrata Drain the burrata and pierce it with a fork. Season the prepared cheese to taste with lemon juice and zest, some of the capers, pesto, salt, and chili flakes.

Step 3: Serve the Pasta Place the pasta on plates and arrange chicory leaves with torn burrata on top. Garnish with the remaining capers.
