  • 1 cup of warm water
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with “mother”)
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Method of preparation:
