Lamb skewers

If you’re looking for a recipe for delicious lamb skewers or you’re on a high-protein diet, try this quick and simple recipe.


  • Fresh ginger – 2 pieces
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • Sweet paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Shallot – 1 piece
  • Lime juice – 20 ml
  • Agave syrup – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic cloves – 3 pieces
  • Grains cayenne pepper – 1 teaspoon


  • Lamb shoulder – 1 kg


Marinate the Meat Cut the lamb into cubes about 2 cm in size. Blend all the marinade ingredients and transfer to a bowl. Then add the meat and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.

Grill the Skewers Heat a little olive oil on a grill pan. Thread the meat onto skewers and grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Drizzle the cooked skewers with lime juice and sprinkle with sweet paprika. You can also drizzle them with a bit of agave syrup.
