Ingredients
- Wild boar meat, 600 g
- Onion, 1 piece
- Garlic, 4 cloves
- Flour, 2 tablespoons
- Fine-grain iodized sea salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Beef bouillon cube, 1 piece
- Dried bay leaves, 3 pieces
- Whole allspice, 2 pieces
Preparation
- Wash the meat and cut it into small cubes.
- Drizzle the meat with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add crushed garlic and diced onion.
- Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hours to marinate the meat.
- Sear the meat in a hot frying pan.
- Add water, beef bouillon cube, bay leaves, and allspice.
