Ingredients
- Cottage cheese – 200g
- Leek – a piece
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Dill – a few sprigs
- Flaxseed – 2 tablespoons
- Fine-grain iodized sea salt
- Ground white pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
Preparation
- Wash and peel the cucumber, then dice it. Clean and finely chop the leek. Peel and press the garlic using a garlic press. Roast the flaxseed in a dry pan.
- Transfer the cottage cheese to a plate and mash it with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste. Rinse and dry the dill, then chop it finely. Add it to the cottage cheese along with the cucumber, garlic, and leek, then mix.
- Once the flaxseed has cooled, add it to the cottage cheese mixture and mix. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture on slices of crunchy bread, top with sprouts and cherry tomatoes.
