Grilled Stuffed Mushrooms

A fantastic grilled snack! Stuffed mushrooms from the grill filled with camembert cheese, garlic, olive oil, spices, and parsley. Delicious!


  • Mushrooms: 8-10 pieces
  • Camembert cheese: 1 piece
  • Olive oil: 2-3 tablespoons
  • Green parsley: a few sprigs
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Sweet paprika powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Fine iodized sea salt: a pinch


  1. Mix olive oil with spices, minced garlic, and parsley (leave some for sprinkling over the finished dish).
  2. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems (just pull out the stem).
  3. Fill the mushrooms with the sauce and place a piece of blue cheese on top (camembert, or if you prefer more intense flavors, gorgonzola).
  4. Grill for a few minutes (or bake in the oven).
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley before serving.
