Grilled Sausages Wrapped in Bacon

A real treat for meat lovers – grilled sausages accompanied by cheese and crispy bacon.


  • Sausages: 850 g
  • ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  • mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • wine vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil: 6 tablespoons
  • black pepper: a pinch
  • salt: a pinch
  • smoked bacon slices: 100 g
  • iceberg lettuce: 1 head
  • potatoes: 1 kg
  • yellow cheese: 50 g


Cut the yellow cheese into sticks. Cut each sausage lengthwise and insert a piece of cheese into it.

Mix ketchup with mustard. Spread the ketchup-mustard mixture on each bacon slice and wrap it tightly around the sausage, securing it with a toothpick if needed.

Arrange the sausages wrapped in bacon on the grill and grill until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Wash and dry several nice lettuce leaves. Prepare a vinaigrette dressing: mix salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and 6 tablespoons of olive oil.

Boil the unpeeled potatoes until they become soft. Drain and wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place them among the hot coals. Bake until the potatoes are soft.


Serve the sausages with green lettuce and vinaigrette dressing alongside baked potatoes.
