Grilled Corn on the Cob

An absolute classic of the American grill. You have to try it because the dish is simple, tasty, and very healthy.


  • lime: 1 piece
  • corn on the cob: 4 pieces
  • garlic clove: 1 piece
  • fresh coriander: 22 g
  • butter: 100 g
  • black pepper: a pinch
  • salt: a pinch
  • cayenne pepper: a pinch


Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the whole corn on the cob, along with the husks, and cook for about 20 minutes.

Grate the lime zest and set aside. Squeeze the juice and combine it with the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Remove the husks from the cooked corn. Rub the corn with the prepared butter mixture, then place them on the grill.

Grill for about 12-15 minutes, turning the corn on the cob to brown on all sides.

Serving Serve sprinkled with lime zest.
