Ingredients

  • Red apple – 2 pieces
  • Kiwi – 2 pieces
  • Celery stalks – 200 g
  • Baby Spinach – 100 g

Preparation

Step 1: Peel and Chop Ingredients for Juice Peel and chop the apples into chunks, removing the seeds. Peel the kiwis and slice them. Cut the celery stalks into smaller pieces.

Step 2: Extract the Juice Using a slow juicer, extract the juice from the chopped fruits, celery, and spinach leaves. Mix the juice well.
