Buckwheat, Cherry, and Beetroot Juice Cocktail

Buckwheat works wonderfully in cocktails too.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat – 40 g
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Beetroot juice – 50 ml
  • Cherries – 100 g

Preparation

Step 1: Blend All Ingredients Pit the cherries. In a tall container, pour in chilled milk, add cooked buckwheat, cherries, and beetroot juice. Sweeten with a tablespoon of honey. Blend all the ingredients.

Step 2: Garnish with Fruits Pour the cocktail into glasses. You can garnish with fresh fruits. Serve the cocktail chilled.
