Ingredients
- Frozen mix of yellow and green beans: 450 g
- Garlic clove: 1 piece
- Grated lemon zest: 0.5 teaspoon
- Chili flakes: 0.5 teaspoon
- Dried oregano: 0.5 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese: 50 g
- Walnuts: 50 g
Preparation
Cook the frozen beans in boiling, salted water for about 10 minutes. Then drain them, rinse with cold water, and pat them dry with paper towels.
Finely chop the garlic and transfer it to a cold pan. Then add lemon zest, chili flakes, oregano, and olive oil. Heat the ingredients until they begin to smell aromatic, and add the cooked beans. Stirring constantly, heat everything for about 1 minute.
Transfer the seasoned beans to plates, garnish with crumbled feta cheese and walnuts. Serve the dish warm and optionally season with pepper to taste.
