Chocolate Breakfast Mousse

  • Almond milk: 63 ml (about 1/3 cup)
  • Banana: 165 g (about 1 and 1/2 pieces)
  • Peanut butter: 11 g (1 teaspoon)
  • Cocoa powder: 2 g (1 teaspoon)
  • Fresh raspberries: 110 g (1 cup)
  • Dark chocolate: 10 g
  • Rolled oats: 20 g (2 tablespoons)


  1. Place banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and almond milk into the blender jar, then blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the finished dish to a bowl, sprinkle with oats, grated chocolate, and fresh fruit.
