Ingredients
- balsamic vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- brown sugar: 1 teaspoon
- black pepper: a pinch
- olive oil: 5 tablespoons
- salt: a pinch
- Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
- mixed salad greens: 200 g
- red grapes: 125 g
- blue cheese: 200 g
- green grapes: 125 g
- ciabatta: 150 g
Preparation
Wash and dry the salad greens. Remove the grapes from their stems and cut them in half. Cut the cheese into slices and then into sticks. Mix everything together.
Combine the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard, then whisk vigorously. Toast the ciabatta in a preheated oven until crispy, then slice into pieces. Toss the salad with the vinaigrette and serve with the bread.
