Golden Kiwi Cheesecake

Quick and successful for everyone! Golden kiwi cheesecake delights with a crunchy, spiced base and a delicate mascarpone-based filling. Try it, and the recipe will stay with you for longer!


Cheesecake Filling

  • Vanilla pudding mix – 40 g
  • Mascarpone cheese – 500 g
  • Maple syrup – 100 g
  • 18% cream – 200 g


  • Oat cookies – 240 g
  • Butter – 5 tbsp
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch


  • Kiwi – 3 pcs.
  • Pretzels – 1 handful
  • Fresh mint – 10 g
  • Kiwi – 3 pcs.


Step 1: Prepare the Base for the Cheesecake

Combine the cookies with cinnamon and salt in a blender. Blend until very fine. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly until the ingredients combine, forming a pliable dough.

Step 2: Pre-bake the Cheesecake Base

Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press and level it from the top. Place in an oven preheated to 160°C while preparing the cheesecake filling.

Step 3: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

Combine all the ingredients for the cheesecake filling in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the filling onto the pre-baked base. Bake for about 40-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 160°C.

Step 4: Serve the Cheesecake

Allow the baked cheesecake to cool. Decorate the top with kiwi slices, fresh mint leaves, and salted pretzels.
