Ingredients:
- 1lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 3 large cloves of garlic, minced
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Prepare the Brussels sprouts: Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthways.
Season: In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, salt, black pepper and minced garlic until well coated.
