French peach and strawberry filled pastries

These elegant and delicious French pastries are filled with homemade fruit filling. Be sure to try this recipe and discover that simple recipes can be exceptional too!


  • Puff pastry – 375 g
  • Strawberries – 100 g
  • Sugar – 30 g
  • Egg – 1
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Peach puree – 100 g


Remove the stems from the strawberries and chop them into cubes. Transfer to a pan along with the peach puree and sugar. Heat the ingredients for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the filling is thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Cut the puff pastry into equal squares. Place the filling on half of each square, fold the square in half, and seal the edges by pressing with a fork. Make several slits across each pastry.

In a bowl, beat the egg and mix it with milk. Transfer the prepared pastries to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with the egg mixture. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until they turn golden brown.
