- Fettuccine pasta – 400 g
- Butter – 200 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese – 200 g

Preparation
Step 1: Cook the Pasta Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Then, drain 100 ml of water from the pot and transfer it to a cup. Drain the pasta and set it aside to cool slightly.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add the pasta cooking water and stir again. Season with salt and pepper. Stir once more and reduce the heat slightly.
Step 3: Add the Pasta to the Sauce Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix carefully to ensure the sauce coats the entire surface of the pasta. Cook the dish for 3-4 minutes. Serve warm with an additional portion of Parmesan cheese, optionally garnished with parsley.
