Crispy Potato Wedges with Cheese and Salami

Do you love potatoes in every form? Try this recipe for baked potatoes with salami and Parmesan cheese! Perfect for lunch or a gathering with friends.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 8 pieces
  • Grated Parmesan cheese – 70 g
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salami sausage – 100 g
  • Italian herbs – 5 g
  • Chives – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon

Preparation

Step 1: Cooking the Potatoes Wash the potatoes and place them in a pot. Cover with water and add salt. Boil until soft.

Step 2: Mashing the Potatoes Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the cooked, drained potatoes onto it. Flatten each potato with the bottom of a glass or a masher (flatten them). Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and Italian herb mixture.

Step 3: Baking the Potatoes Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. After this time, place slices of salami on the potatoes and sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake again in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese and potatoes are golden and crispy. Garnish with finely chopped chives.
