Creamy Chicken Pasta

Sear the chicken, add a bit of cream, dill, and combine it all with your favorite pasta. Delicious dinner ready!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Chicken breast fillets – 2 pieces
  • Fresh dill – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Sweet paprika powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Heavy cream (30%) – 600 ml
  • Vegetable seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Pappardelle pasta – 500 g

Preparation

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add pasta and cook al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips. Mix sweet paprika with vegetable seasoning, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken in this seasoning mix.
  3. Heat a little oil in a pan, sear the chicken until golden brown. Add cream and dill. Stir and simmer over low heat until the sauce slightly thickens (about 5 minutes).
  4. Drain the cooked pasta and serve it on plates, topping it with the chicken and sauce.
