Ingredients
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Chicken breast fillets – 2 pieces
- Fresh dill – 1 teaspoon
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Sweet paprika powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Heavy cream (30%) – 600 ml
- Vegetable seasoning – 1 teaspoon
- Pappardelle pasta – 500 g
Preparation
- Boil water in a large pot, add pasta and cook al dente.
- Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips. Mix sweet paprika with vegetable seasoning, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken in this seasoning mix.
- Heat a little oil in a pan, sear the chicken until golden brown. Add cream and dill. Stir and simmer over low heat until the sauce slightly thickens (about 5 minutes).
- Drain the cooked pasta and serve it on plates, topping it with the chicken and sauce.
