Ingredients
- Chia seeds: 10 g (1 tablespoon)
- Coconut milk: 22 ml (1 and 1/2 tablespoons)
- Almond milk: 87 ml (about 1/3 cup)
- Fresh dates: 38 g (about 1 and 1/2 pieces)
- Blueberries: 78 g (about 1/2 cup)
Preparation
- In a saucepan, combine both milks, chia seeds, chopped dates, and cook over low heat until the pudding thickens.
- Transfer the pudding to a bowl. Arrange the fruits on top.
