Chicken and Crispy Vegetable Wraps

Tired of sandwiches for your second breakfast? Prepare delicious tortilla wraps with chicken and colorful fresh vegetables!


  • Red bell pepper, 0.25 pc
  • Buttermilk, 150 ml
  • Yellow bell pepper, 0.25 pc
  • Semi-skimmed cottage cheese, 4 tbsp
  • Chicken thigh, 70 g
  • Mixed salad, 25 g
  • Red apple, 1 pc
  • Tortilla, 2 pcs


The day before, bake the chicken in your favorite herb seasoning. Let it cool, then cut into thin strips.

Spread cottage cheese on the tortillas. Along the middle of the wraps, place pieces of chicken, sliced bell pepper, and mixed salad. Roll up the tortilla tightly and cut into several pieces.

How to Serve?

Serve the wraps with buttermilk and an apple.
