Celeriac Fries

Celeriac fries – a wonderful side dish, a perfect alternative to potato fries. Try them in your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Celeriac root, 600 grams
  • Grape seed oil, 4 tablespoons
  • Ground herbal pepper, 4 tablespoons

Preparation

Peel the celeriac and cut it into sticks. Coat the celeriac sticks with oil and ground herbal pepper. Place them on baking paper. Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C. Drain on a paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
