Baked Peaches with Oat Crumble

With nuts and brown sugar


  • Peaches, 5
  • All-purpose flour (or rice flour), 3 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar, 5 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon, 1/3 teaspoon
  • Walnuts or pecans, 1/2 cup
  • Butter or coconut oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Quick oats, 1/3 cup

For serving

  • Vanilla ice cream or yogurt


Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits, and scoop out a bit of flesh where the pit was to create a small hollow.

Arrange the peaches in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a mini chopper or a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, chopped nuts, and cinnamon. Process into a crumble, then add the butter (softened) and oats, mixing briefly or using your hands to combine.

Fill the hollows of the peaches with the crumble mixture and place them in the preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Serve with ice cream or yogurt.
