Baked Atlantic Cod

There’s no need to convince anyone about the health benefits of fish. Prepare a dinner rich not only in vitamins but also delicious.

Ingredients

  • Atlantic cod fillets: 2 large pieces
  • Canola oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Fish and seafood seasoning: 1 packet
  • Hot paprika, ground: 1 teaspoon
  • Cooked potatoes: 1/2 kg
  • Salad: as needed
  • Parsley: 1/2 bunch

Preparation

Rinse and pat dry the fresh Atlantic cod fillets.

Rub each fillet with canola oil, season with spices, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Bake in an oven at 180°C for about 25-35 minutes. If using a convection oven, bake at 200°C for the same time. The oven bakes with convection in a minimal amount of fat.

Serve with cooked, mashed potatoes with parsley and salad, such as sauerkraut and green cucumber.
