Avocado Dessert


The avocado is extremely rich in healthy nutrients, but we usually associate it with diet foods. However, it turns out that avocado can also be used to make a very tasty dessert.


  • 1 avocado, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation:

In a blender or food processor, combine the peeled and pitted avocado, milk, white sugar and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary to ensure everything is well combined.

Once the mixture is smooth, taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if necessary.

Pour the avocado dessert mixture into serving bowls or glasses.

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
