Aperol Spritz

Aperol Spritz is a recipe for a delightful blend of Aperol and sparkling Prosecco wine, complemented by sparkling water. It’s fizzy, lightly herbal, and incredibly easy to make. It’s worth noting that it’s been gaining increasing popularity lately.

Ingredients (in a champagne flute)

  • Prosecco – 3 parts
  • Aperol – 2 parts
  • Sparkling water – 1 part
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients into a shaker along with ice cubes and shake well.
  2. Then, strain into the champagne flute(s), straining out any remaining ice cubes.
  3. Additionally, you can garnish the flute with a piece of orange or place it inside the drink.
