- 1 double chicken breast fillet (about 450 g)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika (or to taste)
- 4 sprigs parsley
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 egg
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
Clean the chicken breasts of membranes and dice into pieces, mince in a food processor or chop on a cutting board. Transfer to a bowl, add crushed garlic and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika powder. Mix thoroughly. Add diced bell pepper, drained corn kernels, and egg, then knead again. Shape into small patties, dipping hands in cold water to prevent sticking. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown, or brush them with oil and place on a dry pan.
