Delicious fast food, meaning simple and crispy fries.
Ingredients:
- Approximately 700 g potatoes
- 3 teaspoons dried oregano
- 3 – 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
Peel, rinse, and dry the potatoes. Cut them into long pieces and place in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well to coat evenly.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet, leaving space between each fry. Roast in an oven preheated to 240 degrees Celsius (475 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
