Delicate baked salmon in an aromatic Asian-style marinade will enchant fish lovers with its gingery aroma.
Ingredients
- Lemon – 1 piece
- Salmon fillets, skinless – 4 pieces
- Lime – 1 piece
Marinade
- Garlic clove – 2 pieces
- Fresh ginger – 20 g
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Lime juice – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – a pinch
- Soy sauce – 6 tablespoons
Preparation
Mix the marinade ingredients together thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Marinate the fish in half of the marinade for 30-60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the salmon fillets on it. Bake for 5 minutes. Heat the remaining marinade, then pour it over the fillets. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Transfer the salmon to a serving plate. Serve with lime and lemon wedges.
