Ingredients
Cake
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
- Sugar – 200 g
- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
- Red apple – 1.5 kg
- Buttermilk – 250 g
- Wheat flour type 450 – 350 g
- Oil – 100 g
- Rhubarb – 200 g
Crumble
- Brown sugar – a pinch
- Sugar – 60 g
- Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
- Butter – 70 g
- Wheat flour – 90 g
Preparation
Cake Sift the flour with baking powder into a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, buttermilk, and oil to the flour. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Spread the prepared batter on a baking sheet (45 x 35 cm) greased with butter and dusted with flour. Sprinkle diced rhubarb and apples on top of the batter.
Crumble Put all the ingredients into a bowl and make crumble.
Sprinkle the cake with crumble and brown sugar. Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 10 minutes.
