Chocolate Waffles with Peanut Cream and Bananas

Breakfast, dessert, or maybe a sweet lunch? Waffles are an excellent choice! You can prepare crispy, fluffy waffles in no time.

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 packet
  • Cocoa powder – 30 g
  • Peanut butter – 100 g
  • Butter – 80 g
  • All-purpose flour – 160 g
  • Honey – 3 tablespoons
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Milk – 250 ml

Preparation

Separate egg whites from yolks. Beat egg whites with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Beat egg yolks with honey and slowly add melted (not hot!) butter, then sift flour with cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix, add milk, and beaten egg whites. Bake in a waffle iron with thick grids. Serve with bananas and peanut cream.
