Ingredients
For the sauce
- Oyster mushrooms: 150 grams
- 30% cream: 200 grams
- Green parsley: 5 cm
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Onion: 1 piece
- Ground garlic pepper: a pinch
- Salt: a pinch
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
For the pasta
- Spaghetti: 250 grams
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
- Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic, a pinch of salt, and sauté for a while.
- Once the onion becomes translucent, add the chopped oyster mushrooms and sauté for about 12-15 minutes.
- The mushrooms are ready when they acquire a nice golden-brown color. Pour in the cream, season, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes over low heat.
- In a bowl with a little water, add a flat teaspoon of flour and mix. Pour the mixture into the sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Transfer the sauce to the pot with the pasta and mix until the ingredients are combined. If needed, adjust seasoning. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
