Turkey in Pesto

An original way to prepare delicious meat on the grill: tender turkey pieces marinated in pesto and served with fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • Fresh basil: 6 g
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Turkey breast: 800 g
  • Pesto: 50 g

Preparation

  1. Wash and pat dry the turkey steaks. Season with black pepper and coat with pesto on both sides. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the turkey steaks on a preheated grill for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Garnish with torn basil leaves before serving.
